We are looking for a candidate with a strong proven background in the field of 3D & Motion production to help manage a busy and exciting department at our Ho Chi Minh office. This challenging position goes across many different clients and competencies with a focus on Resource Management, Traffic Control and being part of our Management Team. As a 3D & Motion Production Manager you strive for continuous improvement in production processes to enhance overall efficiency quality. RESPONSIBILITIES

Resource Management

• Work with Leads and Producers to allocate and plan resources efficiently.
• Ensure correct resource are allocated to tasks and ensuring that resource is available as requested.
• Collaborate with HoDs and CRMs to assess future resource requirements and develop plans to meet demand.
• Be the main point of contact for questions related to availability of resources in the Department from Department and Company stakeholders.

Traffic Control

• Run effective traffic control systems to manage the flow of 3D & Motion projects across Teams.
• Coordinate project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and potential roadblocks are identified and addressed promptly.

Reporting and Line Manager duties

• Reporting of team data and status to senior management.
• Act as a central point of contact for budget updates on projects.
• Collaborate with Leads to ensure that the appropriate Quality Assurance processes are in place to maintain the highest level of quality on deliverables.
• Work with innovation team to explore optimization possibilities.
• Support on staff performance monitoring and annual performance appraisal.
• Conduct performance reviews and employee development meetings with subordinates.
• Engage in and promote company social activities.
• Other relevant tasks as assigned by Head of Department.
• For this position, you will report directly to the Head of Department.

REQUIREMENTS

• BA / BS Degree related to the creative industry or similar relevant qualification.
• At least 7+ years working with Motion Graphics and/or 3D.
• At least 2+ years in a junior/mid level management position.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent soft skills and people management.
• Vietnamese verbal communication a distinct advantage.
• Professional, flexible and approachable working style.
• Diligence, reliability and responsibility are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as willingly to support colleagues as a team.
• Able to work under high pressure, be result-oriented and capable of multi-tasking.
