B2B Sales Manager

Spring CC we are looking for our next colleague. This colleague will be our B2B Sales Manager working out of our Ho Chi Minh City office. A very exciting position, at the very heart of our organisation.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be responsible for driving the sales, developing the business relationships, establishing and maintaining sales strategies to meet sales targets
  • In a proactive mode, approach targeted companies, identify and generate business opportunities in line with Spring CC services portfolio.
  • Negotiate and close service agreements with key business accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of business clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for service offerings.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in the services industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and present complex service solutions.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strategic thinking, enthusiastic, dynamic, resilient, attention to detail, open to change and flexible.
