RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the main contact between clients and other departments across countries to get requirements, analyse requirements, consult the clients throughout the whole project implementation process.
• Coordinate with cross-functional managers to provide the clients with the best offers with regard to quality of delivery and throughout the whole project life cycle.
• Align scope with client, estimate time and budget for the project.
• Develop an implementation plan in coordination with other departments; prepare resources, optimise the resources and effort.
• Coordinating, communicating with client and stakeholders to ensure the information flow is correctly interpreted and updated to the involved parties.
• Ensure all internal and external deadlines are met. Follow up with the client about the quality of the projects.
• Gather, analyse, and organize information from the clients and internal database in order to support production team proceed project timely and efficiency.
• Quality check the result of the production team. Make sure quality meets client‘s expectation.
• Double-check if the project meets the budget. Make sure any changes to the job with regard to the costs are discussed with all the involved parties and approved by the client.
• Cooperate with the accountant to invoice the client timely and accurate
• Share the client’s feedback with the departments and propose continuous improvement areas of the involved parties (if any).
• Build and maintain strong relationships both with the internal and external stakeholders.
• Show a high level of client service. Be the ambassador for the clients you are working with. Understand and know the clients’ every detail.
• Be a proactive problem solver. No task is too small or too big.
• Report to the Senior Project Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• BA/BS in Information Technology.
• At least 3 years experience as Project Manager for web development project or web marketing campaign.
• Experience working with some of CMS such as Wordpress, Umbraco, SiteCore, Adobe Experience Manager etc.
• Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager and Marketo is a big plus

• Experience with creating Sharepoint site is a plus.

• Demonstrated understanding of software/web development process.

• Have experience in 1 of following positions for software development project is a huge plus: Business Analysis; Product Owner; Dev Ops, Scrum Master.
• Have experience as back end or full stack software engineer is also a huge plus.
• Proven experience in running and managing complex projects with a focus on quality and deadlines for international brands
• Solid communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, a fast learner and thinking outside the box
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-related skills
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Outstanding organisational, planning and management skills
• A positive thinker who creates a dynamic and challenging working environment
• Confident, efficient, self-motivated, result and client orientated, multi-tasker and team-player
