As a Junior Producer you will work with production teams (mostly motion graphics and editing) alongside your fellow producer colleagues to ensure smooth production and clear communication. You will support with quality control to make sure that whatever we produce is of the highest quality possible and delivered on time to our clients. If you have knowledge in 3D - that‘s a big plus! But don‘t worry if you don‘t, we appreciate people who are enthusiastic about learning new things.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Work alongside other Producers together with motion graphic artists and Video editors to help to create marketing content.

• Support planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking of production.

• Provide admin support to the Producer team including; organizing files, scheduling meetings, updating documents, creating project briefs, exporting data, status reports, etc.

• Support Quality Control of deliverables to ensure the highest standard in accordance to client’s guidelines and briefs.

• Execute various simple project or tasks assigned to.

• Communicate to internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Able to communicate in English. Any additional language is an asset

• Minimum 1 year experience as a producer or similar role, ideally in the field of video, motion or 3d production or wider creative field. If you are a motivated fresh graduate, you are more than welcome to apply.

• Can work dynamically both independently and in team

• Curious mindset. Willingness and ability to learn

• Well organized and accurate. Adaptable, flexible, and proactive

• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite

• Knowledge of Project Management tools is a plus

• Understanding of motion graphics and/or 3D production and lingo is a plus
