We’re seeking a technically strong, process-minded team player to help implement, manage, and support digital platforms across our production teams. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of systems, data, and operations—where your ability to connect tools with business logic will directly impact efficiency and performance.
You will be working closely with internal stakeholders across markets as well as selected external partners, ensuring successful onboarding, and ongoing improvement of platforms such as GO SPRING and others. Your technical mindset and ability to drive adoption will be key.
What is GO SPRING? It’s our central production-task and coordination engine—used for planning deliverables, assigning work, tracking progress, and connecting systems across creative, marketing, and ops teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate business processes into logical, efficient digital workflows.
- Collaborate with team leads to design workflows that reflect production and project needs.
- Map and manage platform setup & integrations to support core processes and ensure seamless operations.
- Provide day-to-day platform support to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support implementation and management of digital platforms across departments (e.g. GO SPRING, project/workflow systems).
- Ensure successful onboarding and adoption through hands-on training and support.
- Monitor performance, gather feedback, and continuously optimize tools and systems.
- Document best practices and contribute to a growing knowledge base.
- Manage selected digital development projects from scoping to delivery.
- Work closely with developers to define user stories, break down requirements, and facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience working with workflow or project management platforms like Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp—or similar.
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical understanding of advanced platform configuration – Configuring permissions, field calculation, data relation, actions.
- Strong understanding of business operating processes from budgeting and forecasting to planning and execution.
- A solid grasp of how data flows between systems, including dependencies, automations, and integrations.
- Ability to translate business processes into clear, logical workflows.
- Experience in onboarding and training end-users on digital tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, service-minded, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and time zones.
- Bonus Qualifications: Experience with data analysis or data visualization tools familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, and knowledge of low-code platforms like Microsoft Power Platform are all advantages.
A professional background as a Product Owner or Digital Project Manager, as well as experience in the marketing industry or content production environments, will also be considered strong assets.
