We are looking for a candidate with a strong proven background in all aspects of graphic and digital production to help manage a busy and exciting department at our Ho Chi Minh office. This challenging position goes across many different clients and competencies, from creative graphic design to pure technical artwork. So, we are looking for a solid ‘all-rounder’ with experience in running a busy department to join as part of our management team. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily production plans to ensure tasks are delivered on time
• Ensure correct resource are allocated to tasks and ensuring that resource is available as requested
• Daily monitoring of task and projects to ensure that budgets and timelines are kept
• Staff performance monitoring and annual performance appraisal
• Ensuring that the appropriate Quality Assurance processes are in place to maintain the highest level of quality on deliverables
• Reporting of team data and status to Senior management
• Staff development training activities and recommendations
• Bi-annual ‘Employee Development’ meetings with subordinates
• Managing team leads and supervisors
• Engage in and promote company social activities
• Leading by example
• Work with innovation team to explore optimization possibilities
• Budget Tracking
• Any task as assigned by Head of Department or Senior management

REQUIREMENTS

• BA/ BS Degree related to graphic design or similar relevant qualification
• At least 7+ years working in graphic design with brochures, magazines, leaflets, web design etc
• At least 2+ years in a junior/mid level management position
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Applications
• Knowlegde of Microsoft office software applications
• Web Design, UX/UI knowledge in distinct advantage
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Excellent soft skills and people management
• Good English communication, both in verbal and written
• Vietnamese verbal communication a distinct advantage
• Professional, flexible and approachable working style
• Diligence, reliability and responsibility are a must
• Ability to work independently as well as willingly to support colleagues as a team
• Able to work under high pressure, be result-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
