Role Overview: As a Tier 1 Junior IT Supporter in our Global Remote Support Centre, you will be part of a dedicated IT team supporting our end users and configuring IT solutions for our customers within a large global network. Our IT team consists of 15 employees based in Denmark and Vietnam. Your primary office will be in Ho Chi Minh City, working alongside seven IT staff members who embody our vision of "Better Together." RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to user inquiries via ServiceDesk, MS Teams, or phone.
- Define and manage issues, documenting solutions for future reference.
- Resolve IT-related problems.
- Escalate cases to 2nd or 3rd level support as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Passion for customer service and support.
- Eagerness to learn and challenge yourself daily.

Experience in IT support for large companies, with a structured approach to task resolution is preferably (not mandatory)
- Familiarity with ticket systems, preferably ServiceDesk (not mandatory).
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Open-mindedness towards cloud services.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English (TOEIC 600).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a good overview.
