Join our IT Department at SPRING Family and become an integral part of a dedicated team that supports and configures IT solutions for our international clients.

Based in our Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) office, you will collaborate with our IT staff in Denmark and Vietnam, embodying our ethos of being better together.

As a Tier 2 IT Support Specialist together with 2 Tier 1 supporters,  you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and support to our European customers, ensuring their IT issues are resolved efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries via ServiceDesk, MS Teams, or phone.
  
• Accurately define IT problems to expedite customer resolution.
  
• Solve IT-related issues and manage problem, escalations to Tier 3 support when necessary.
  
• Collaborate with a global team to support and enhance IT services.
• You will report to Group Chief Information & Security Officer (CISO).

QUALIFICATIONS

• A passion for customer service and IT support.
  
• More than 5 years of experience in IT support within large organizations.
  
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, ServiceDesk preferred.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft365 administration and passion for Cloud.
• Strong communication skills in English, verbal and in writing (TOEIC score of 600 or equivalent).
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• Experience with Windows and expert on Mac platforms.
